At HeyReader, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for your Pro subscription.
I. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with HeyReader Pro, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.
II. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Your account has not been suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.
- You have not consumed a significant portion of your monthly AI Tokens (more than 10% of the monthly limit).
III. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to 1015683251@qq.com with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- The date of purchase.
- The reason for the refund request (this helps us improve our service).
- Your transaction ID or receipt from our payment processor (Paddle).
IV. Processing of Refunds
Once we receive your request, we will review it within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
V. Renewal and Cancellation
Please note that recurring subscription renewals are not eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
